Alexandra Meehan MSN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner, Co-Founder
Alexandra is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing for 5 years. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Russell Sage College and her Family Nurse Practitioner from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
Her background includes being an intensive care unit nurse, school nurse at Cohoes High School, a Nurse Practitioner Geriatric Fellowship and working as a primary care provider in multiple long-term care facilities.
Alex loves to spend time with her family and traveling. She enjoys sports and has been the Medical Director for Brian Beaury Basketball Camp for over 15 years impacting the lives of 15,000 children.

Eric Santell DNP, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner, Co-Founder
Eric is a highly skilled Doctor of Nursing Practice with a comprehensive background spanning clinical management, acute care, and long-term care settings. His experience also includes providing emergency medicine and hospitalist services at Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home with the Schumacher Group, where he has been since 2017.
Eric's educational achievements include a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the State University of New York at Upstate. He has been a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner since 2014.
His skills include managing complex patients across the continuum of care. Advocating for patient's and their families needs.
In his free time he enjoys working on his hobby farm with his wife (Stacy) and his 2 children (Avery and Samuel). He also enjoys being outdoors.
